Quality and Consistency!

This order contained 9 of the same ornament to commemorate a family occasion. They all came very well wrapped and intact. The ornaments will be gifts, so I was pleased with the quality and consistency. Thank you!

Not an ornament…a memory!

Ornaments aren’t decorations on our Christmas tree. They are memories. Each one is significant for an event, occasion, an achievement etc. for the recipient. Thank you for two new additions. I love them!

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at OrnamentShop?

Close to impossible. You only have the option of email and can take days to get a response.

You cannot. Phone is IMPOSSIBLE. Email is better, they may answer, but they do not send a reply after you tell them your issue. They ignore you.
